Burn Out Assistance

Filer Fire & Rescue Divisions are proud to offer the "Burnout Assistance Program," a compassionate initiative aimed at providing support to families impacted by tragic events such as house fires, sudden illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances requiring financial assistance within our community. This program operates through the generous contributions of funds raised from various fundraisers held by our members and community donations.

In addition to financial aid, the Filer Fire Department serves as a central hub for collecting essential items, including clothing and furniture, to be distributed to families in need during specific situations affecting our district. It is important to note that this program operates within the constraints of limited resources, relying solely on fundraising efforts and donations.

We extend our services exclusively to the coverage area within our jurisdiction due to the aforementioned resource limitations. To obtain further information about the Burnout Assistance Program, make a donation, or submit a request on behalf of a community member in need, please contact us at 208-326-4111.
